One useful source of data are research reports from Forrester Research. While these reports may be very costly to obtain, they provide useful information on some carriers. Where they are very weak is the lack of coverage of the best regional carriers in the world.
Forrester makes its money with subscriptions to its research reports. If there isn’t a big demand for research reports on regional carriers, they have no incentive to cover them. You really can’t blame them. But the lack of coverage of many fine carriers doesn’t mean that you should exclude them from an evaluation.
